Global Partnerships

For Health Education Professionals

Providing support and assistance to international partners seeking to develop and strengthen their health systems.

CIHEA will drive health care innovation and achievement through global partnerships in health professions education and training.

Our Purpose

Firstly, CIHEA operates as a “mutual assistance cooperative association” sharing information, “intel” and “know-how” in aspects of international business and contracting. Secondly, CIHEA helps to find and identify new business opportunities and partnerships for its members, through sharing contacts, promoting services and products and organizing trade missions focused specifically on health professions education, training, recruitment and support.

CIHEA’s first trade mission to the Gulf, in April 2018, was a great success: 22 member organizations and over 30 individuals visited Riyadh, Kuwait, Dubai and Abu Dhabi, to confer with Saudi, Kuwaiti and Emirati leaders and officials, in governments, health facilities and educational institutions.

Our members include an impressive array of Universities, Colleges, Academic Health Science Centres, Associations, and Businesses... and we continue to grow!
